Character

Tonma lives under the name - Duke Riverscross - and is married to the former dukes daughter Victoria Rivercross and lives in the Bridge City of Riesbruck in the Stormlands He controlls the black market within the walls of Riesbruck and can provide magical items for the players with a 50% to the standard price even though it takes time to do so. He just appears if necessary. He can control Riesbruck to a high extend and thus can be a very helpful ally or a terrifying enemy. The most valuable thing he ever stole was the crown, scepter and cloak of the king of Klarsen. He did so while Ignel of the Red Talons was present, but he did not notice it for it was a masterpiece of a hist.

Looks

Duke Rivercross (Tonma) is a good looking halfling standing at arount 3 ft. tall. He has brown hair and a full beard wich is rare for a Halfling. He wears simple brown and green ropes worn by commoners, a light crossbow on his back and a Dagger and Shortsword on his belt. He looks young wich does not mean anything when it comes to halflings.

Personality: Chaotic Good

Pros: Friendly, Non violent, Gentlemen.

Cons: Addicted to stealing, hate for royalty, Confused sense of righteousness.

Duke Rivercross (Tonma) is good person but he has obvious flaws especially when it comes to his addiction to rob people. He does not do it for the money but to take from those who don't deserve it to have it for himself. That does not hinder him to take a ridiculous amount of money for the items he sells. He is a gentlemen, willing and capable if he trusts people, but this trust has to be earned or he can be a terrifying enemy.

Stats

Tonma is a Rogue lvl 12 (Base Assassin https://5e.tools/bestiary.html#assassin_mm). He is very well equipped with whatever benefits him to survive or kill his enemy, since he has access to most of the existing magical items.

Str 8, Dex 20, Con 14, Int 15, Wis 12, Cha 16. Expertise in Stealth, Slight of Hand, Thieve's Tools ans Deception.

He Knows many poisons (Uses most likeley sleep poison).

Magical +2 equipment (Short sword, Dagger, Light Crossbow, Grenades, Studded leather armor)

Uses many consumables during a fight as a bonus action: Smoke Bomb, Resonates, Poison, Traps, other.

History

Tonma knows the members of the Red Talons. Ignel was like a big brother to him even though they did nt really know each other well. Tonma was once part of a Group of Heroes lead by Guldan. He had a good relationship with Leyla, since she was always protecting him when Imdur, the banished dwarf of Karaz-Kadrim tried to kill him because he was a uncontrolled brat. when Imdur fell during the fight against Monoris ath the walls of Rabenwasser Tonma realized that he had taken the place of a father figure for him. He stopped robbing everyone around him and focused his efforts towards royalty.
