The "Clay quarry" is a self explanatory location in the north west of the Stormlands. Poor people from Kornwall have two jobs to earn money without any education - Working as a farm helper or working in the Clay Quarry. The clay comming from here is used to build the bases of houses in Kornwall or are traded to Twigrest for Pottery work.

Clayquarry in the Stormlands

The players look down into a muddy pit. A slippery looking ramp is leading down to it. The pit is surounded by light brown walls obviously made of cley waiting to be mined. Many Platforms connected by ledders can be seen, used in the past for mining clay.

Quest: (Optional)

The heroes may find this area themselves or be told, that a clay mine was flooded years ago now called "the Drowners Cave". 20 experienced men disappeared and most likely drowned within the cave. This never happened before, but rumors say, that is was wort hit to dig that deep.
