A dark and uhealthy forest with rotting trees. The players will be confronted with several hints to spiders stopping every traveler who dares to walk here.

This forest is the domain of the lower goddess Namtaru, also called Mother Namtaru.

Home to the Giant Phase Spider Alpha also called Pajakoszmar, Dream Spider.

Quest: Gather the black Silk

The heroes stand in front of a vast, dying forest in a canyon, surrounded by sharp cliffs on each side. In the forest the usual sounds of nature seem to disappear and an unconftable silence is spreading. Any sound made seems so much louder here then anywhere else. In this forest players have disadvantage on stealth checks.

Enter Black Silk Wood

Goal: The Heroes learn that they can't go back because of the webs spun by the spiders. This place is built like a labyrinth.

The heroes walk into the forest and find a webbed tree with many webbed corpses hanging from it. One of the webbed corpes seems to move. The heroes can decide to release the creature, let it hanging or kill it.

Release the person: An armed Minotaur is released. He is suspicious of the group. Players can try to percuade him with disadvantage DC 14. to get informations from him. His Information: "I came from Hornwacht, the capital of Minotaur kind, lead by Dominos, the cold hearted, to intercept some spies trying to find a way into the city. The spies are elven, wearing red cloaks. I will kill them if I can but more importantly I have to inform my king about what happened."
Let it hanging: The munling voice within the web will fade at some point. If that happens, spiders will appear out of nowhere to transport the body deeper into the Black Silk Wood. Survival DC 13: The players get a new location called "Black Silk Wood Temple", usable when the heroes start their turn at the Black silk Wood Lake.
Kill the hanging: The moment you kill the hanging creature the sound of hundreds of legs can be heard, running through the forest. If the players decide to stay, they have to fight a wave of spiders. If they want to hife or flee, the DC is 14, whatever the check.
