Arthur Artus is an Actor from the Empire, a Performer staring in the play "Talons Tales" in the grant Theatre in Riesbruck. He is the Star of the show, playing one of the Red Talons in their fight against Monoris, being the one saving the day. His fans treat him like a god and he has groupies of any kind imaginable. His good looks and smooth words can be a little much for a rough group of adventurers. He is part of a big Plot in Riesbruck and is behind a robbery in the Mansion Rivercross, where he steals the Rod, Robe and Crown of Klarsen from Tonma Hopfentaal. To do so he dresses up as merchant from Lodesquier and calls himself Miseaur Victor. The players will get a chance to retrieve the items and fight Arthur.

Looks
Arthur has dark brown hair recognisable, green eyes, shoulder long hair that seems to fall naturally in the perfect mix of tidy and rebellious. A near perfect face with strong cheek bones and a winning smile let him stand out from any group of people and his voice is soft, clear but at the same time strong and manly. He reminds people more of a prince. He usually wears a dark blue coat that is flowing in the wind behind him and a beautiful Perl around his neck.
Miseaur Victor looks like an older gentlemen in dark blue clothing with white accents, typical for people for Lodesquier, whitch he tries to pass as. In this disguise arthur wears a white wig of long hair and a white beard big enough to hide the perl around his neg that he never takes off, even if he tries to pass as Miseaur Victor. He wears blue contact lenses to cover his famous green eyes. Since they have to bee quite thick they are very reflective and seem a little over the top. In this disguise he always wears a top head to ensure that his wig can not be identified. His french accent can be identified as fake though and in whatever disuise, he every now and then ends his sentences with "... right?".

Con's: Elites, Selfish, Arrogant.
Arthur looks like a living dream but in fact is closer to nightmare. He is good looking and telented but also dishonest and a greedy prick. He does not give a damn about people around him even though he sais otherwise. He is deeply racist and elitist, believing to deserve everything his heart desires. Towards the players he will always be his polite self until they uncover his identity.
Information for Players
The players can see through his charade if they notice that both characters often end their sentences with"... right?" or a person from Lodesquier identifies his accent as fake. Also a close look under his fake beard can uncover the prominent pearl that Arthur always wears.
