Minotaur

A Minotaur is a mix of bull/cow and humanoids. The first Minotaurs - the Primal Minotaurs - were created by Baphomet. Any kind of Minotaur is related to ancestors created by the arch demon Baphomet.

Every Minotaur is considered a "Chimera" (The mix of 2 or more creatures).

Minotaurs are defined by the conflict of being humanoid or beast the same time.

There are several Species of Minotaurs that are distinct from one others.

All of them are capable to procreate with beasts and monsters though, creating new kinds of beings relatively easily.

Subspecies

Primal Minotaur

Large, Monstrosity, Walking upright. Base: https://5e.tools/bestiary.html#minotaur_mm. Primal Minotaurs are Strong, durable and stupid. They end up more on the bestial side of the equation. They have fur, horns and hooves. They are the original form Baphomet created to use against the world. They are more beast than they are humanoid. They can use weapons but usually don't wear armor. These kind of creatures can appear even from two Minotaurs breeding if the genes align. Roughly 1/100 Minotaurs is born a primal.

Minotaur

Medium, Humanoid, Walking Upright. Usually strong, with a high constitution. They have horns, which they can use in battle. They have fur and instead of feet they have hooves. They can differ wastly when it comes to their personal attributes. This Species was created by the elves of Aravaile from the Primal Minotaurs to aid them in their fight against demons and devils north of the area now known as Pyrilea. They are concidered the "normal" Minotaurs.

Half-blood Minotaur

Usually medium, humanoid, Walking Upright. There are many half-bloods out there but when it comes to chimera creatures like the Minotaur (which is already two kinds of beings to begin with), the term "halfblood" refers to those who end up more on the humanoid side.

When it comes to Minotaur Half-Bloods it usually refers to those who lost the facial features of the beast, in this case the bull or cow. Often they are a humanoid with horns, some fur and feet or hooves.

Half-Primal Minotaur

Large, monstrosity, Walking upright or on all four's. This kind of Minotaur is very rare. It combines the strengh and size of a Primal Minotaur with the mental stats of a humanoid. At the same time bestial rage and humanoid inteeligence, wisdom and charisma can be found within such a creature. They are known to be bipolar when it comes to their personality. These are the rarest kinds of Minotaurs in existence but they reflect the inner conflict of Minotaurs best. The most famous example is Lebos, brother of Mina.

Minotaur Chimera

Size varies, monstrosity, walking on all four's. Minotaurs can procreate with many kinds of beasts and monsters. The Minotaur Chimera is a bestial version of offspring depending on their heritage. Theis kind of chimera usually walks on all four's. These creatures are not considered fit for any kind of society, but rather pets or beasts. These beings are far from being humanoids. They come in different forms but all of them are considered more monster than anything else.
