Duel of the Sky/Duell der Himmel. It is a one on one battle for honor, domination and victory. These duels hold place in specific circles, all a little different to each other but most of them are roughly 20 feet wide, surrounded by magical stones or other signs. This duel has specific rules and all Minotaur Kind abides by those and even other folk honor this practice. Those who act against them will be punished by the Cloud Horde it is said, those who abide might rise in rank and power.

- No one can be forced to fight this duel. There is no shame in declining, just honor in victory.

- The Moment both contestants enter the circle they can't have any abilities, spells or comparable effect active.

- When the contestants enter the field they must present everything they bring to the circle. Each Contestant picks an item the opponent presented as a token, a guaranteed price in case of victory. Both parties must agree on the token before proceeding.

- If everything is agreed upon the contestants wait for the storm. The Fight begins when lightning strikes the circle.

- Contestants are resistant to magic. Both contestants are held within the circle and can't escape by their own means.

- The fight ends if one of the contestants is dead, drops to 0 Hit Points unconscious (Nonlethal attack), forfeits (During competitors turn) or the duel is interrupted by a third party.

- If a competitor dies the opponent may take everything the dead has on him, not just the token. The victor in honored, the dead has a chance for honor in death.

- If dropped to 0 Hitpoint becaus of a nonlethal attack the winner takes the token but both loose their honor. Mercy has a price.

- If a contestant forfeits the victor takes the token and is granted honor. There is no shame in knowing ones limits.

- If a third party interrupts, the interrupter and eventually his partners become cursed and dishonored forever it is said and the duel ends. If it was obvious who would have lost the curse might also strike one of the contestants depending on the circumstances.

- Contestants and their partners must walk freely if they have behaved accordingly, win or loose. Feelings of Revenge are frauned upon if it was a fair victory. Tokens taken can just be retrieved by another duel. Other ways of retrieving lost tokens are seen to be unworthy. A Token lost can just be wielded with honor if taken in another duel.

"Let us be measured by power, but guided by wisdom."

"Strength without Honor is tyranny".
