Stone Giants of the Stormlands

The Stone Giants of the Stormlands live in the Everstone Halls east of the Stormlands. It is ruled by the "Architect Collective, consisting of 3 old and very intelligent stone giants. This Hall they live in was build by the Collective to serve as a graveyard for Stone Giants. The inner walls are made of the fabled Black Stone the Stone giants are famous for. Blackstone is a near indestructable substence. The Collective does not deem their work to be a contender for "The Seven Wonders" but see it more as a neccessaty for the time of the giants is over. It's quite a sad thing to see a culture prepare for their final demise this way.

These Stone Giants are very protective and do not like outsiders even though they do not like fighting. They do it though to protect their secret and have a grudge against the people of Riesbruck.

History

The teacher of the Collective was the one responsible for building the bridge to the east nowadays called Riesbruck. It was built to allow a meeting between Dragons and Giants to discuss terms for the end of the war between these factions many, many century's ago. Even though a peace treaty was struck, centurys after this agreement war arose anew as Elves bonded with Dragons and created the Kingdom of Aravail (Stormlands Anscient History). What was ment to be a symbol of peace became a path for the armys of the elfes to journey west. Ultimateley this advance was stopped by the Cloud Giants in the Cloud Lands but many Stone Giants have parrished to the point they went into hiding in this cave. Nowerdays humans claim the Bridge, use it as a fortress and demand payment for crossing it. A disgrace in the eyes of the Stone Giants of the Stormlands.

The Architect Collective

A group of 3 powerfull Stone Giants, nearly indestinguishable from each other. They have long white robes and caryy Stone Scrolls with them.
